In order to give you the lowest prices we can, we do not hold official office hours and our means of communication is via email. 
Please DO NOT call Top Hat Cricket Farm with questions, comments, or complaints.  While you are being shipped crickets direct from the farm, the offices of Crickets Online and Top Hat Cricket Farm are not the same and Top Hat employees will be unable to provide assistance to a Crickets Online customer.

Your input is important to us.  Please include as much information as you can to help us help you. If you are a current customer and have a question, comment, or issue regarding a shipment, please provide your order/invoice number and the shipping address you provided for your order.

EMAIL POLICY

We require a valid (active) email address when you place an order.
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing an order.  
You will be sent a tracking number via email upon shipment of your order.  
You may receive correspondence regarding shipping delays, shipping changes, and in the event of a declined credit card (canceled shipment).

If a valid email is not provided we will not contact you by phone in the event of shipping delays or changes and you will not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number. 

We will never give or sell your information to a third-party.
